Buy Online and Pickup In Store! Lab Rat Gifts offers In-Store Pickup as a free service for those in our area who want to pick up their order instead of having it shipped. Simply shop as normal, choose “Free Local In-Store Pickup (Salem, NH)” as shipping method, submit your payment and order. then, pickup your order within 48 hours after you get our "Order Ready" email. See details below.

How To Place an Order for In-Store Pickup: 

  • Shop as normal by adding item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. 
  • Choose “Free Local In-Store Pickup (Salem, NH)” as shipping method. 
  • Complete payment process and submit your order. 

How to Pick Up Your Order: 

  • Receive an “In-Store Pickup Order Ready” email notification indicating your order is ready for pick up (not the initial order received email).   
  • Visit our store at 6 Delaware Dr., Salem, NH within 48 business hours from the date/time of our “In-Store Pickup Order Ready” email. (Business hours: Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm)  
  • Present a valid ID (non-expired government-issued photo ID) You can add or change a designated pickup person by emailing that request to sales@labratgifts.com This person can pick up your order by presenting a valid, non-expired government issued photo ID. 

Terms & Conditions:  

  • Payment method does not need to be shown at our facility, since your online purchase will be complete when you pick up your order,  
  • Be sure to apply any discounts, gift cards or promotion codes at the time of online checkout. All In-Store Order Pickup purchases are complete prior to pickup, therefore, discounts cannot be redeemed after order placement 
  • Most items are available for In-Store Pickup, many available same day for online orders completed by 2 PM. EST. Some items may require additional time to arrive at our facility, which we will notify you of. 

Out of Stock Items/Order Changes: 

  • If we need to cancel part or all of your In-Store Pickup order, due to unexpected stock changes, we'll email you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to pick up a partial order, have the out of stock item shipped when it becomes available or receive an in-stock replacement of equal value in its place. 
  • If you need to cancel your In-Store Pickup order, you can cancel online, by emailing us at sales@labratgifts.com or by not picking up the order within the two business day pickup window. If any questions, changes or otherwise please inquire.  
  • If "Free Local In-Store Pickup (Salem, NH)” is chosen as shipping method and your address is outside our area, we will assume you may be visiting and process the order as normal.
  • If "Free Local In-Store Pickup (Salem, NH)” is mistakenly chosen as shipping method, please be sure to update your order with the correct shipping method as soon as possible.
  • Returns/Refunds/Replacements - see Lab Rat Gifts Return Policy
  • Requests to ship orders with mistaken "Free Local In-Store Pickup (Salem, NH)” shipping method chosen will not be honored unless determined by management discretion otherwise. If shipped, it will be considered a "Customized Order". We are not responsible for lost, damaged or otherwise not received shipments of In-Store Pickup Orders that were not picked up in our store according to our set process, terms and conditions.
